I currently serve as Dean of the College of Ministry at Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, having moved here nearly ten years ago from the East Coast. I am thankful for the opportunity
to serve the Church through the training of ministers and more. My PhD is in Church History from Princeton Theological Seminary. I am also an ordained minister and served for six years as a youth minister. In my time here at Northwest, I have taught in the fields of history and ministry (among others), and continue to be involved and interested in the work of the Church. My research interests include: the Charismatic Movement, Pentecostalism, ministry, and the intersection of religion and politics. I am also a big science fiction fan, finding enjoyment in the worlds it opens up and truths in can reveal. My wife Rachel and I reside in the greater Seattle area and enjoy traveling.
